All new clients must book in for a complimentary consultation call prior to scheduling an appointment. This allows us to ensure that we will be the right fit for you and your hair needs.
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Please read our salon policies below.
You will receive a confirmation text message prior to your booking, please reply to confirm your appointment.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please allow at least 48 hours notice.
Appointments made on the day of scheduling, please allow 5 hours to make any changes to your appointment.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit your $100 deposit.
Please allow up to 3 hours for basic hair colouring.
Blonde sessions and colour corrections can take up to a total of 6 hours so please be mindful when scheduling your appointment as we cannot rush any colour services.
We can provide you with a time estimate after your consulation.
At Studio Santo we specialise in dimensional foil work.
We currently do not offer tint regrowth/permanent colour applications.
However, if you’re a brunette who is looking to add sparkle and enhance your exisiting colour with foil work then you’ve come to the right place!
At Studio Santo, we use O&M, Olaplex, R+Co and CloudNINE.
A $3 Sustainable Fee is donated from every bill to support Sustainable Salons. Your donation contributes to implementing green practices and supporting the community.

4-hour parking is available along St. Vincent Place (St. Vincent Gardens). 2-hour parking is available throughout the area.
Route 1 from Flinders St. to South Melbourne Beach. Stop 28 is directly in front of Studio Santo.
Studio Santo’s aim is to create a special environment where you come first. We kindly ask that other arrangements are made for children so that you really get the most out of your time with us.
Studio Santo accepts cash, Eftpos, or bank transfers.
In order to secure your appointment, Studio Santo requires a $100 non-refundable deposit taken over the phone. Once we have received your payment your appointment will be confirmed.
All deposits will be credited towards your final balance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment with less than 48 hours notice, unfortunately, Studio Santo will be unable to credit your original $100 deposit.

Guests who arrive more than 20 minutes late to their appointment time will have to forfeit their appointment and original deposit.
Studio Santo understands that sometimes life just happens.

To ensure all our guests are 100% satisfied with their service, we offer a seven day adjustment period from the date of your original appointment to resolve any concerns you may have. Studio Santo is dedicated to helping you achieve your hair goals.
